Job description

We’re looking for a Project Manager, this person will be an individual contributor leading the implementation projects. They will plan every aspect of the project and coordinate the moving pieces, including facilitating communication with internal team members who are doing the implementation and the client's clients.

Responsibilities:

Review client requirements, align project scope accordingly.

Develop, monitor and report KPI’s for implementation projects.

Plan and lead all aspects of an implementation project, ensuring we deliver the expected value to our clients.

Ensure alignment on project management processes and procedures.

Oversee and support multiple implementation projects.

Provide hands-on leadership to implementation consultants.

Ensure implementations are completed on-time and within budget.

Act as a liaison between the PMO team and Client Services, Client Support, Client Experience, executive leadership, and clients.

Job requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or related experience.

5+ years of consulting and/or software implementation experience in the oil & gas industry.

2+ years of project management experience.

Strong communication (written and verbal), leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage own time and deliverables and drive others.

Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.

Effective problem-solving skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
